Sunbeam Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, a sitting room with beautiful feature fireplace, a fully fitted kitchen with a dining area that opens onto the garden lovely sunny garden, a spacious shower room, a utility/laundry room and an additional toilet.

A cosy and immaculately clean cottage which was ideal for a couple of nights away. Perfect for family evenings in after exploring nearby St Andrews during the day. Kirsty was a great host - the Prosecco in the fridge for mummy and packets of Fruitella on the pillows for our boys was a lovely touch.

This was our third stay as we were visiting my son who works in the area and our stay in the cottage was lovely as usual. We traveled by train this time and found it to be a perfect base with transport links using the station and local buses very easy, affordable and punctual. Kirsty was a great host and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back again.

Sunbeam Cottage is immaculately presented and so cosy to stay at. The photos, although fantastic, are an under estimation of what awaits those lucky enough to stay there. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. The garden is spectacular and full of birds and insects to watch. Our stay was nothing short of perfect and we would love to return in the future.

This is a lovely, comfortable cottage and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. It is the cleanest cottage we’ve stayed in and helped us to feel settled immediately. We could always get parked easily opposite the cottage.

Kirstys cottage is the quintessential Scottish cottage - the decor is tasteful and befits that of a Scottish country cottage but the kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and implicitly clean. The back garden is really spectacular, very quiet and the village itself is beautiful. Kirsty left some really lovely touches, we would come back in a heartbeat!
